South Carolina’s women’s soccer team is back in action tonight at 7 p.m. at Stone Stadium as they host ACC foe Wake Forest in the Round of 16 in the NCAA Tournament. The Gamecocks posted consecutive shutouts in the opening two rounds against Davidson and Rutgers. South Carolina also had the highest two-game attendance in the country last weekend.
The Gamecocks are the lone remaining SEC team in the tournament. Wake Forest is one of seven ACC teams left in the field of 16. The winner of tonight’s game will move onto the quarterfinals to face the winner of the North Carolina-Maryland match.
Tickets for tonight’s match are $8 for adults and $5 for youth and students. The first 450 students will receive free admission to the game.
